Theatre time is similar to modern phaco. Drops numb the eye. You go home the same day.
It will not replace a proper exam. If your retina is the reason for poor sight, no amount of tracking will fix that. We say no to the extra platform when standard phaco is the honest choice.

Cost

The composite package is a single all-in figure for that eye. It covers the surgeon's fee, the intraocular lens itself, operation theatre and day-care charges, the pre-operative scans used to calculate your lens power, and your scheduled post-operative follow-up visits.
Costs outside the package are told to you upfront: the initial consultation, treatment for any separate eye condition found during examination, and the second eye, which is quoted as its own package.
Four things move the figure: the lens category you choose, whether you need astigmatism correction, the surgical technique used, and whether you are having one eye or both done.
How It Works
Painless measurements build the map. You should not feel pain on the scanner.

Bring earlier reports, your current glasses, and a list of eye drops or medicines. Tell us about diabetes, allergies, blood thinners, and any recent redness or injury.
Follow the plan you are given — observation, drops, or a procedure date. Avoid rubbing the eye. Call us the same day if pain, redness, or blurred vision gets worse instead of settling.

I recently underwent Topography-guided PRK (Contoura) surgery here, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. I had a high cylindrical power (-3.25) and was honestly a bit nervous, but Dr. Neera agrawal and the entire staff made me feel completely at ease.
